Trolli Gummi-Explosion is a vibrant, high-energy spot that brings the brand’s iconic worms to life in all their weird, wild glory. The brief was simple: showcase the delicious chaos of Trolli worms in a way that was as playful and unpredictable as the candy itself.
Concepted alongside the brilliant art director, I wrote the spot and collaborating closely with the animation studio RatBat to develop the final look and feel. From concept to character voice to visual tone, the goal was to make every second of the spot feel like a sugar-fueled sensory overload in the best way possible.
The spot bursts with saturated color, quick cuts, and absurd visuals, all orbiting around the idea that eating Trolli isn’t just a snack—it’s an experience. No logic, no rules, just chewy, weird, gummi-fueled fun.
It’s ridiculous. It’s bright. It’s exactly what you expect from Trolli—and then a little more.
